Our Core Beliefs
You should love your website!
At the end of the day, all that really matters is that you love your website.
Why? Because your website should be something that you’re proud of and something that you actually want to share with people.
The whole goal is that your website is something you can use to in your business to inform, educate, and delight potential clients and customers. So, if you don’t love your website, do you really think your potential clients and customers will? If you don’t love your website, are you going to actually share it with others?
Over my years as a business consultant, I’ve had so many clients tell me that they never look at their own website.
Some don’t look because they have a “set it and forget it” mentality to their website (we’ll tackle that in an upcoming blog post, but just know you have you check in on your website from time to time).
Some don’t look because it was something they designed or hired someone to design for them because they felt they had to have a website, so they checked it off their To Do List and moved on without actually integrating their website into their business flow.
And others admitted that the never look at their own website because they hate it. It makes them cringe. They think it’s ugly. It feels so not them. They just don’t like it, so they avoid it.
Needless to say, none of these are going to help you grow your business. You need to love your website and we can help you create a website that you truly do love.
You website should be easy to use.
Your website needs to be easy for your site visitors (your potential clients and customers) to navigate so they can find what they need AND it needs to be easy for you and your team to use on the backend.
Far too often, I find that my clients have a website that is either great for their customers and a nightmare for them to manage or is super easy for them to figure out and a nightmare for their potential clients and customers to use.
And sometimes I come across websites that are just a nightmare for everyone all around!
Site visitors can’t find what they need or want and the business owner feels completely overwhelmed every time they login to make even the simplest of updates.
A bit of myth busting here— websites don’t have to be complicated and frustrating. You can actually have a pretty neutral or even downright enjoyable experience managing your website, while your visitors find the website useful, informative, and maybe even delightful.
Truth be told, creating easy-to-use websites is one of our superpowers.
Your website is part of your sales team.
What if you fundamentally changed the way you thought about your website?
Instead of being a piece of technology that makes you feel overwhelmed or frustrated.
Instead of being some necessary thing you have to have that costs you money just so you can check it off your To Do List.
Instead of being some place out in the wild of the internet that is dedicated to your business though you honestly have no idea what it really says or even looks like anymore.
What if your website could be an actual part of your company’s team? In fact, what if it could be your top performing salesperson? (Okay, for us solopreneurs, it may be the only member of our sales team and that is perfectly fine too!)
Truth be told, to have a thriving business that feels easy to manage in 2023, your website needs to function as a member of your sales team and not some tech black hole that you avoid.
This is possible, but it requires a mindset shift and the know-how to create a website that can actually step up and perform as that top-performing salesperson.
Fortunately, you don’t have to do it alone! We’ve got your back.
